冷凍過濾法去除白色絮狀物把酒液溫度降至零下,酒液中就會出現白色絮狀物,析出
結晶,然后在低溫條件下進行過濾,出去沉淀物,得到請透明的白酒。
工作原理:
直接將援救通過兩級交換器進行制冷,有螺桿制冷劑提供冷量,將22度左右的液體直接
降溫至-19度,降溫后的液體再經過濾機進行兩級過濾,從而達到清透之目的。
